Welcome... 
Words cannot convey how excited I am with what God is doing at First Baptist McKinney! All around lives are being changed by the power of God. This is truly a great community of grace and faith to which God is doing His work. As the Minister of Worship & Arts, I have a deep desire to see you engage God in such a way that He radically transforms and blesses your life. In turn, my hope is to see such a movement of God in you, and in others that the lives of those in our community and beyond would also be transformed.   A.W. Tozer, a renowned Christian theologian states, “We are saved to worship. All that Christ has done for us in the past, and He is doing for us now leads to this one end.” Our Worship & Arts Ministry has one supreme goal…"to love God, and to lead others to love Him just as passionately."
 
As you look around the Worship & Arts portion of this website, you’ll find a LOT of varied expressions. If you enjoy singing, we have several choirs, ensembles, and praise teams . Play an instrument??? Look at getting involved in our orchestra, brass section or rhythm teams. Do you enjoy working behind the scenes with technology or perhaps enjoy drama ministry? If so, be sure to check out those links too. In addition to all of this, we have a School of the Arts, which is open to anyone wanting to learn to play an instrument. Be sure to check out that link too.
