FBC Glossary:
Tithe: Your "tithe" is what God requires of your individual income, Leviticus 27:30-32, says this amount should be 10%.  Your tithe goes to the unified budget of the church, which includes ministries supported by the church.

Offering: An "offering" is a gift to the Lord above and beyond your tithe.  Many of FBC continue to give to the Unified Budget while others guide their gifts toward a mission's emphasis, the building fund or a special event.
 
3 steps to online giving:

Step 1: Your Personal Information

In order to give online, we need to gather some basic information about you. All of this information will be secured. You only need to do this once.  When you return simply use your User Name and Password.   

Step 2: Your Gift
You will go through three simple steps to set up your gift.  The first step is to establish the amount of your contributions. Choose which area to "Give To" (budget, building fund, mission trip, efc) and the amount of the donation.  Then click on the Add button.  If you want to give to more than one area, just select another "Give To" amount and click Add again.  Once you have all the areas and amounts listed, click on the Give button.  You can make any of these gifts "automatic" by clicking on the "Recurring" box.  Additional boxes will appear to choose the schedule.  Please DO NOT use the “Optional Memo” box to make a designated gift. If you wish to make a designated gift not listed, please make contribution by personal check.

Step 3: Your Account Information

You will be asked to enter your checking account or credit card information. You will continue to receive your statement of contributions in the mail as you have in the past. Your online contributions will be included on these statements.

Please note: If at any time you would like to change the amount given simply log back in and click on Giving/Scheduled Giving.
